My goal is to practice holistically – which means treating your body, heart, and your spirit.

Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) NJ & CA

In order to heal and find what helps us to live most authentically, we have to create a team of practitioners to cultivate natural balance and peace in our bodies. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), encompasses modalities that ignite the body’s ability to heal from within.

Trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Herbology from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, my purpose is to provide effective and safe treatments through the philosophy of the ancient practice of Chinese Medicine. I use the foundations of TCM, intuitive eating practices, and muscle testing to guide patients through individualized wellness to empower them to continue healing in their everyday life.

I began this work after my three and a half years as a Session Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. During this time, I witnessed a deep need to share the many other forms of how to heal mentally and physically.  My time at MSKCC sparked this work, but my true knowledge and understanding of how to heal came through first hand experience with myself and through cancer diagnoses in my family. Through a regimen of nutrition, detoxing, exercise, and spiritual practices, we experienced true healing. After this, I made it my mission to share this knowledge so that others could experience their own healing and find joy in all parts of life.

There is so much information at our fingertips about health and healing, while a wonderful thing, it can be overwhelming. Many often don’t know where to start, and may be confused on what is right for their body’s unique needs. No matter how busy we are, simple changes can always be made to improve our vitality and well being.
