Facial (Cosmetic) Acupuncture

Our beauty and health of our skin comes starts from within. Our skin reflects the state of our overall health and wellbeing physically and emotionally. Aging is a part of life, but acupuncture can help us age with grace.

Cosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial rejuvenation focuses on cultivating smoother and healthier appearance to the skin while in tandem treating the skin’s overall health at an internal level. This is an extension of traditional acupuncture rooted in Traditional Chinese medicine which looks to restore and maintain good health while creating clear glowing skin.

Cosmetic Acupuncture works to stimulate collagen production, increase blood circulation, encourage cell regeneration, oxygenation and lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness. The beauty of Chinese medicine, is that every person is treated uniquely. Acupuncture treatments focus on getting to the root of where the imbalance began, often many systems seeming unrelated all tie into what are knows as pattern. TCM looks at the body as a whole, and how our symptoms are intertwined. The amazing part of acupuncture is that you don’t have to wait to experience symptoms, before coming for treatments. It is an incredible modality for not only treating conditions, but also preventing them.
